"No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. " Self-Study Today: Aqua culture + hydro ponics = Aquaponics 2 years ago, I wanted to have a fountain at our balcony, to wake up at the sound of calmness almost similar to a waterfall. My husband wanted to make his own fresh water aquarium, his idea was that, anytime we feel like cooking a fish, just fish it from the balcony (but up to this day I still don't have the heart to fish our own pet 😲). We came to an agreement to build both and adding a portion for gardening as well. So we fabricated something like this, within our minimal budget. I would like to walk you through the anatomy of our project and ideas on what can be better: 1) The  tank  itself is a small plastic box that can fit part of our balcony. "Do you mean to tell me a stress ball isn't for throwing at people who stress you out? " Self-Study Today: Burning Out "I'm done. Whatever" , throws everything~ "I can't take this anymore" , walks away~ "I'm so useless" , cried the eyes out while munching something~ A: Have you ever gone through those emotions? If yes, then the feeling is mutual. Mostly everyone will go through this phase at some point in their life, be it major or minor. B: Because after all, we're normal human beings, and there's nothing wrong with that. A: That being said, we still need to take action and not just go moping around for weeks or months. B: There's no universal solution for this case right? Each being has their own preferences on how to overcome it. A: True, some prefer to meditate, some would just want to disconnec
