Self-Study Today: Monitoring Progress

A: I was never the one who like the idea of working from home especially with kids around, the struggle is real. I don't want the kids to think that their not my priority when I'm completing my tasks at home. Flexible working hour at the office, that's more favorable.
B: But I see you're juggling well, and you seem to enjoy it over time.

A: Yeah, if this situation keeps going on, I might incline to work from home more.
B: I miss meeting with fellow workers, having lunch together, talk about whatever. Oh, also the Kanban Board.

A: Kanban Board? The one at the meeting room?
B: Yup, the one to track project's progress, it's very useful when everyone can see it at once.

A: Are you sure? Because our team just use excel to track our progress, and we put it in an online folder so that any of the member can update at the same time.
B: The visual is not the same, and now when everyone is working remotely, it's...different.

A: I happen to came across this app that looks almost like the Kanban Board, maybe you can give it a try.
B: Oh, Trello?

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

I doubted if I should ever come back.
